Presidents Message:

Summer is here and that means longer days and lots of things to do.  The Jaycee calendar is available online along with this newsletter to keep everyone informed on what is happening so please utilize these resources.  I would like to thank everyone who came out to the Hi-Toms baseball game on July 8th, it was a fun time and we were thankful for the excellent weather and good company with the Chair City Jaycees and NC Jaycee IDVP Shannon Foster on hand.  I would also like to thank Jerry Hughes for supplying his cooking expertise in grilling steaks for my National Guard Unit on June 27th.  Also, I would like for everyone to consider getting involved in the play that we are planning with Chair City.  This will be a great project!

Until next time,

Joel Pierce
