President Club's leader and spokesman. Sets agenda and conducts all board and regular meetings. Appoints members to election and award committees. Chairman of Installation Banquet. Answers incoming telephone calls (voicemail) and picks up mail at Post Office.

Treasurer Keeps the books, pays the bills, makes deposits. Give financial report to club at meetings.

Community Development Vice President Recruits and assist Chairmen of community related projects (Christmas Parade, Miss Thomasville Pageant, Empty Stocking Fund, ect.). Gives report at meetings.

Management Development Vice President Recruits and assist Chairmen of management related projects (ways and means fundraisers, newsletters, ect.). Gives report at meetings.

Membership Development Vice President Recruits and assist Chairmen of membership related projects (pool party's, rafting trips, new member orientation, ect.). Also keeps up with renewal dues and gives report at meetings.

Individual Development Vice President Recruits and assist Chairmen of individual related projects (DSA Banquet, CPG training, ect.). Also books speakers at regular meetings and gives report at meetings.

State Director Encourages club participation at state related events and visitations to other chapters. Reports state activities at meetings.

Secretary Records minutes of each meeting and reports such minutes at next meeting.

Chairman of the Board Position given to previous President. Assist new President. Conducts meeting in Presidents absence.

 

Directors Each Director assist a Vice President. Gives report in Vice President absence.
